NOTICE - EPR ProAudio Electronics Rate Changes
In order to maintain our quality of service, it is necessary for us to increase our rates due to rising business costs. Please be advised that units received as of January 15th, 2002 shall have the following rate changes:

Per Hour Labor Rate:	$80
Special Labor Rate on the following: Alesis: ADAT, ADAT XT, BRC Teac/Tascam: DA38, DA88 Fostex: RD-8	$90
Declined Estimate Fee:	$80
Rush Fee: Diagnosis within 48 hours of receipt	$60
*Same Day (by 6 pm) Rush Fee*: Must receive unit by noon. *Completion dependent upon part availability.	$100
Non-Confirmation of Complaint and/or Customer Education:	$80
Turn around time for the following: Alesis: ADAT, ADAT XT, BRC Teac/Tascam: DA38, DA88 Fostex: RD-8	7-10 days

EPR ProAudio Electronics cannot be held responsible for parts unavailable or back ordered by the manufacturer.

Please contact our office for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping the unit, regardless of whether you have already received one directly from the manufacturer.

All warranty repair items MUST have a completed sales receipt (customer's full name, address, phone number, date of purchase, item, serial number and cost) in order for us to initiate the repair.

As always, EPR ProAudio Electronics warranties labor for 90 days.

GENERAL POLICIES: A minimum of one hour labor charge will be assessed on each unit (units which exhibit no defect and declined estimates shall be billed $80) to cover time for disassembly, diagnostic test and re-assembly. Customer is responsible for backing up program or sound data which may be lost during repairs. EPR ProAudio Electronics is not responsible for cosmetic damage on equipment checked in without protective covering (box, case, etc.)

WARRANTY REPAIR POLICIES: Warranty repair will only be initiated after a purchase receipt or Warranty ID card has been received. POSSIBLE CHARGES on units checked in as warranty: (a) expenses not covered by the manufacturer including shipping; (b) parts and/or labor charges on a unit which fails to meet warranty guidelines; (c) labor charges on a unit which exhibits no defects or exhibits a problem as a result of operator error.

SHOP GUARANTEE: For a period of NINETY (90) DAYS FROM COMPLETION OF REPAIRS we will correct at no LABOR charge any defective workmanship performed by EPR ProAudio Electronics. We will not warranty unrelated problems. We do not warranty parts. Certain parts and sub-assemblies may carry a warranty from their manufacturer. Units that have been abused, mis-used, altered, or neglected in any way are not covered by this guarantee. EPR ProAudio Electronics liability is limited to labor charges only on repairs covered by this guarantee.
